Overview: This is a book of very limited utility outside of the CP2020 game. the title refers to Morgan Blackhand a Solo in the game world of CP2020 who is basically a legendary street ronin. There is one new gun not in any other volume of the series but beyond that this is a compilation of every weapon from every source book system wide in one handy dandy volume.
A lot of neat illustrations of weapons in here and some new rules but other than that it's a book of stat blocks. For those playing the CP2020 it's a godsend. For everyone else it's something to look at but leave on the shelf.
Conclusion: I am going to repeat myself here. If you plan on playing CP2020 more or less as written, this book is a must have. If you have no inclination on playing, don't bother.
