Just watched this amazing feature-length Stand Alone Complex movie, and I'm wondering how I submit a review, with screen-caps? Is there a procedure I have to follow? An email address?

Hi SteMcNay, welcome to Cyberpunkreview!
Yeah, we can do this a number of different ways. Whichever way you're comfortable with, either uploading it to wordpress if you're familiar with that or emailing me. If you like, you can email me (sfam @ cyberpunkreview.com) the review in word with the screencaps in it. the screencaps need to be 650 pixels wide.

Just check out one of SFAM-s reviews and structure your material in a similar way. As for the images - he often puts up a second all screens page for visually intense films, so you can go all out if there's need for that.

Yep, ETM is right. Generally I LOVE screencaps 
I have a hard time evaluating whether I want to watch a movie simply from a textual review. If you notice, I usually separate my paragraphs with screencaps. If I have at least 5 more that I want to show, which don't fit on the first page, I create a second page for them.
